Rain and sun and rain and sun makes gardens go crazy! We are up to our knees in veggies and weeds! I’ll keep it brief this week so we can get back to work staying on top of it all. This is summer in all its glory, and we hope you are enjoying the bounty! Fire up the grill, toss some salad, and don’t forget to lock your car doors…it’s zucchini season!!!
Cheers, Norah and the Sweetland Crew

Recipes of the Week
- We scarfed down 2 giant zucchinis last night in the form of Italian Sausage Stuffed Zucchini (I used Sweetland Sweet Italian pork sausage)
- Hot or cold, this Pasta with Rainbow Chard and Feta Cheese hits the spot. (It even won over a chard skeptic at our table recently!)
- You’ll stay cool as a cucumber if you make Indian Raita for dinner. Lots of cilantro in pick-your-own!
